How would u explain the first universal champion going to the cruiserweight division, booker? Not sure why 6’1 Sami Zayn is mentioned amongst “midgets”.

Yes. This is one rare case where WWE has given him a chance to develop a great personality. He was a great wrestler, but in the character department he was basically nothing.
Neville has been the best heel in the company for the past 6 months and hopefully his run as king of the cruiserweights has upped his standing in the company and he can get a US or IC level reign of a similar style.
