Is it safe to say Section 80 is Kendrick Lamar's best album?

Beat wise and lyrically. GKMC was a dope commercial album that didn't sound commercial and to pimp a butterfly was simply forgettable with the exception of a few songs (would've been a classic had it dropped in 1992 tho).
