This Bible scripture always had me . I mean no matter where you live, when you go out in public there is gonna women around and let's be honest, you are gonna find some of them attractive

What's the definition of lust? It's probably different than finding a woman attractive.

But going to the gym is a struggle in that department.

Religion is just philosophy put into practice. To protect yourself from committing adultery it's best to remove the temptation is what this really means. Not everyone can control themselves smh.
