NYC may weather is nice so i got feb march and april to go in.

I need to lose 30lbs :flabbynsick: im pretty confident i will melt that fat off with cardio and watching what i eat (I've lost weight b4 in the past) but im unsure about the weight lifting stuff.

Don’t want to get brolic i want more of the cut up look?

1 have one 20lb dumbbell and a planet fitness membership :mjlol:

Can i make due with this :lupe:

A healthy cut is loosing 0.5% of body fat per week on average. You can do the math yourself. If you don't want to be brolic, it's mostly about lowering your body fat percentage, not building muscle, although building muscle will help you to stay lernen after the cut.

yes im very confident about the diet as i have lost 40lbs in the past. i got careless and lazy and gained it back. im clueless about the weight training tho. i think ima just fukk with this dumbbell and do push ups

Lose 30 lbs by summer? That’s 7.5 lbs lost per month over the next 4 months.

It’s not impossible, but depending on your build and current weight, your results will vary. Do you workout at all currently? What’s your body type? Slim, athletic, round, mushy, titties?
