I dropped 30 lbs in about 3 months from August to November, consistently worked out AT least every other day but pretty consistent 5 days a week. Home calisthenics, only 2 15lb kettle bells, resistance bands, jogging every morning, boxing gym twice a week. Smoothie in the morning, salad for lunch, some variation of chicken and rice or another salad in the evening. Still at it and I’m in the best shape of my life at 34. You can do it but DO NOT BULLshyt YOURSELF. Consistency and discipline is necessary.
I’m already ready for summer but planning to cut down til I look like an Adonis
