Is it wrong that I've never really listened to Nas, Pac, etc.?

I've never listened to illmatic (or any of nas' music, really), I've only really heard tupacs singles
Couldn't tell you any biggie smalls tracks I've heard besides who shot ya/big poppa/sky's the limit/juicy

Am I alone here?

I just don't be checking for music too much. So when I do, it's usually some new shyt.

the one line people quote most from illmatic that people claim is a lyrical masterpiece is, "monkey rhythm funky flippin rappers..." straight up I cant make this shyt up bro...

It's never too late to go back and check them out. I'm not too big on Nas either so listening to his music doesn't give me some nostalgic feeling like it does most in here but I still can appreciate what he did back then. You're missing out on some really good music, and a lot of bars people still use.

then u want old stuff
