A woman charged with resisting arrest in Hallandale Beach repeatedly stripped and masturbated while in a holding cell and offered to perform a sex act in exchange for her release, according to a police report.
Lakeisha Johnson, 29, of Miami, is being held on $100 bond after Broward deputies arrested her shortly after 1 a.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Southwest Fourth Avenue.
Officers responding to to a possible theft of an iPad in the 5200 block of West Hallandale Beach Boulevard saw Johnson, a dancer at a Miami Gardens adult nightclub, jumping fences and running between houses. When they finally stopped Johnson, officers say, she began using vulgar language and removing her clothes.
"I advised the female numerous times to keep her clothes on and to calm down," Officer Juan Canino wrote in his report.
As Canino sat in his car writing up the incident in his notebook, Johnson came to the window and leaned in until she was inches from his face, Canino said. When he extended his arm to create space, she slapped his arm and yelled at him. Canino then arrested Johnson, who did not have the iPad.
While in holding, officers say, Johnson repeatedly removed her clothing, exposing her genitals, buttocks and breasts, and masturbated. She also shook the cell door and offered to perform a sex act in exchange for her release, police said.
