Know I've been bashing Kobe a bit on here but this is something I think he has a case for :jbhmm:

Considering his 81 point game multiple 60 and 50 point games. You could bring up Jordan but idk if he's getting 81, 62 in 3 quarters, 40ppg months, etc.

Also that streak of 50 point games in '07

I was with you until the 40ppg months. Mj averaged 37 ppg for a whole season. He had to have months in that season where he averaged 40ppg. Also another problem with MJ is his teams for the most part were too good and he was too efficient to be having multiple 60+ games. Once he was at 40 the game was likely over by a longshot. There's no way we're to believe a person who averaged 37 on 48% shooting couldn't have gotten 60+ if that were really his goal.

MJ has 2 40ppg months while Kobe has 4

MJ is more consistent and efficient scorer but Kobe is more prolific in shorter span (entire games, weeks, months).
