Topic.

My goal is to have my own catering company. Is enrolling into Le Cordon Bleu the right first step to take towards doing this or will I regret it.

Not sure about le cordon blue, but my bro went to culinary school for four years and still works as a server.

Food IMO is the same as any other art form. You either got it or you don't, I'm sure you'll learn a lot, but if you ain't got the touch then :yeshrug:

One of my older cousins went to Le Cordon Bleu and now she owns her own catering company. She makes Ciroc Vodka Cupcakes n shyt for Celebrities. So I guess she got her money's worth from there. :yeshrug:

EDIT: Apparently she closed down her Catering Business so nvm.

I dont want to discourage you but being a chef is one of the worst jobs imaginable. One of my homies is a chef. This guy works 100+ hours a week. You dont just walk in the kitchen and cook, you gotta have meetings first, then prep, then actually cook all night long. Its terrible, and they pay you like shyt. Fuk that man

As opposed to what? Working a mim wage job competing with mexicans and HS kids for the rest of my life? Or spending 80k on a degree to get into a career that I have zero interest in?

Whats your alternative, fucc boy
