Probably out of all the other top 10-15 players. Always had consistently average or meh coaches it seems like
Jordan had PJax
Russell had Auerbach and himself
Kareem had Larry Costello (Bucks) and Westhead and Riley
Wilt had Alex Hannum (super underrated) and Butch VBK (he was ok but they didn't really like each other lol)
Magic had Westhead, Riley and Mike Dunleavy Sr. (decent coach but no Riley). Magic in '91 was still

Bird had Fitch and KC Jones (KC was cool, really underrated coach)
Shaq had PJax and Brian Hill (idk much about Hill)
Duncan has/had Pop
Hakeem had Fitch and Tomjanovich
Kobe had PJax
Jerry West (Elgin too) is probably closest to LeBron in terms of the types of coaches he was under. Over his 9 finals appearances he was coached by Fred Schaus (who even is that) and Butch Van Breda Kolff (again decent coach but he clashed with Wilt in a fukkin Game 7 of a Finals game and Wilt refused to play for him in the final minutes. So West can probably thank him for one of those Ls). West and Baylor were just so damn unlucky
