If you’re young and strong ain’t no way you need to be throwing up light shyt. I honestly thinks it’s just a way for cats to mask that they can’t lift heavy weights.

I would rather do calisthenics than light weights. When I hit weights I’m going heavy

Who cares as long as they're in the gym lol. Better than most of these sedentary mfs

For some exercises I do 4 sets of 8-10 reps with medium weight.

For some I do 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps with very heavy weight

For some I do 4 sets of 20-failure with light weights

It’s not about being a p*ssy. Nobody cares about that shyt. It’s about stimulating the muscle. You don’t want to blast every muscle with 300lbs. That’s not how anatomy works. Not every muscle is meant to carry that type of weight.

I absolutely destroyed my shoulders on Monday using 10lb dumbells.

It’s all about variety.

Good for when you get older and dont need to ego lift anymore. You still wanna be having a good amount of resistance though, lifting a featherweight you cant feel for a thousand reps is just dumb.

Do 50 reps with weights and see how much endurance you have. Lifting heavy you only have a burst of energy for a couple seconds.

It's like doing cardio and weight training all at once. I'm starting to go lighter and doing multiple exercises all at once. Super sets and full body get you done quicker but you be spent.

Heavy lighting dudes have no endurance and will gas in a fight. I'm trying to be well rounded. I don't care about lifting the heaviest. I want to be the most athletic with the most wind and look the best.
