I am currently working on weight loss to have a slimmer boxer type frame so I don’t lift heavy anymore. I maxed one lift of 225. :ehh:

I ain’t a 6 figures, 6 series, 6 God, 6 lifts, 6 women breh. I’m 5’10 w/ shoes on :mjpls: and 182 working towards 170 and never eclipsing 175 again.

Not to diss your work, but you'd be better off hitting high weight. It burns more calories, in addition to retain strength.

True but I’m on a cardio, high intensity regimen right now. Once I get down to my desired weight then I’ll start lifting heavier just focused on becoming more lean.
