:heh: I wuz around 15 when pac died, I wuz with Eazy and ruthless so I didn't like pac/death row, even tho they made dope music, I wuz waiting for tha fool to get shot and knew it wuz a matter of time

as I grew older I realized that wuz immature and I openly aknlowedged pacs talent

So don't get me twisted with these young dudes my nikka I grew up on this shyt, I wuz around when all this shyt unfolded, I still remember reading tha vibe issue when pac wanted out of thug life, I thought he had a lot of wise real shyt to say in that article when it came out, then he went to death row and we know tha rest of tha story

I'm just saying for this generation do y'all think boosie is tha closest thing
Pac is the closest thing to Pac for any generation. We need to stop making excuses for this generation on some special olympics shyt. If a nikka doesnt come close to Pac dont compare him out of sympathy for how shytty this era is

The closest thing, he was clearly influenced by Pac if you listen to his earlier work. It's only one Pac tho, for our generation he's prolly the closest thing to him in terms of subject matter, background, and emotion on the track.

J Cole flow is heavily is influenced by 2pac too. But we ain't gonna act like Jermaine is the new Makiavelli

he is one of tha last few mainstream "street rappers" left in tha game that still raps about tha struggle and tha system in a passionate way

tha same type of innocent raw emotion that tupac showed is prevalent in Lil Boosie

tha thing is I don't think tha mainstream cares about it anymore, and its just not relevant with tha majority of todays audience

we will see where he goes with this......
