What’s fairly rated? How is he generally rated? Does he pop up in consensus Top 10s? I don’t be remembering none of them lists.
Skills/Influence wise he’s Top 20 ever…to me that seems fair. He was an awful influence imo…but def had a huge influence on the game nonetheless. He’d be higher if he had even a semblance of subject matter lol

He's underated when it comes to influence. You look around and this shyt is crazy. Almost as if he has had mind control on the black community

carter 1 is a great album just way too long
carter 2 is a good album easily his most overrated
carter 3 same as 2 but it’s more creative and authentic
carter 4 you could see the decline was there
carter 5 had alot of potential just way too long and some bullshyt ass tracks
the rest of his albums are straight buns
