Couple questions... What it looks like on the outside. What the neighborhood look like?

One thing is trailers are always gonna make noises, have paper thin walls and rock in strong winds

Trailers are cheap. You can stack hella bread and eventually move into a house thats yours.

If you're planning to live in a trailer forever tho, thats a no go. They depreciate in value every year and after about 15 to 20 years you either need to reinvest heavily to fix it or trash it and buy another one

It’s cool until you look out your window and see your neighbors who look like this

It’s what you make it.

She clearly put significant money into improvements.

I lived in one for a semester during college (i went to college in the country), it was ok, everytime some one was smashing or closing a door you could feel it shake. And yea it was built into a foundation.........Other than that it wasn't too bad. I dont know if i could do one now

It’s also the worst place you be in during a tornado as the majority of them aren’t built on a foundation.

I mean its like this...

There's a lottery chance that a tornado will blow away your house....

Vs rent that's 40 - 50% cheaper than comparable houses and apartments...
