Man shut the fukk up... I just told you the stats... I watched damn near every fukking dwight howard game this year so shut up please... You did not... I did...
So you're telling me you watched Lakers games but no other games? And you wonder why I ain't taking your opinion of Gasol seriously?
so if you wanna go off subjective there you go I have more of a base than you...
How do you have more of a base than me when you don't know what games I watch?
furthermore if we talk stats dwight's are WAY better....
There we go again, 'if we talk stats'......
What other measuring stick do you wanna use? Explain to me? You say hes a better defender... show me how? How is he a better scorer? How? He has more post moves... he scores less on a less efficient clip... end of discussion... you arguing with your own dikk right now not me.
How about the measuring stick, of I don't know - maybe watching the Grizzlies play on the regular? Have you thought of that one?
Gasol has about the same defensive impact in that: he stops dribble penetration from being on the right spot on the floor, he hedges hard enough for the defender to get back in position, he deflects perimeter players to the weak side and traps them, he forces teams into taking out of sync jumpers, he closes down paths from perimeter gamble-defense, etc etc. I mean there's a long list of things he does at an elite level on the defensive end.
He has more offensive impact, because he stretches the floor with his shooting, he doesn't clog up the lane, distributes the ball in the halfcourt on the regular, makes smarter/faster decisions, better touch around the rim, knows how to space the floor, doesn't wreck offensive momentum, doesn't cause turnovers etc etc.
