Atlanta rapper Lil' Scrappy said Wednesday he is headed to rehab. The musician, whose real name is Darryl Richardson, has had several court appearances in recent months. A few weeks ago, he failed a court-ordered drug test. "It is my hope that my time away from my family and especially my little girl, my daughter, will make me a better man," Richardson said. He said it's time for him to get help for marijuana addiction.

weed is not physically addictive but it can be mentally addictive to some ppl...meaning that if you stopped smoking (after normally smoking daily) you wouldnt feel sick but you would have a real urge to smoke like someone with cigarettes..most things can be addictive in this way tho.

I'm not psychologist but I think most things are mentally addictive as the man above was touching on. I mean I've never tried to quit eating chicken, rice, fukking, watching tv, using the computer, reading books etc..

As far as Scrappy goes, I'd assume that this is just some legal thing.
