Is Mark Tressmann the OC or the Head Coach???

All I keep hearing for the media is how he is such a great offensive mind and how explosive the offensive is under his command.

But, Chicago hired him to be the Head coach.

The Bears defense has no business being that fukking bad.

Tressman, overpaid OC... that will place all the blame on the Defense.

It matters a little in Football. My coaching doesn't matter stance is strictly for the NBA.

But, this is about dikkriding of Mark Tressman all year.

This thread is not about whether coaching matters or not. (it does matter somewhat in the NFL, It doesn't matter in the NBA).

This about how we have been hearing about how great Mark Tressman has been for the bears and his 50 years of offensive experience has made the Bears a different team.

But, They went 10-6 last year without this genius...while being 5th in total defense and 3rd in PPG with Lovie

This year they went 8-8 while being 28th in D and 29th in PPG.... All while having one of the worst rushing Defenses ever.

But Tressman is an Offensive Guru Though ., They didn't hire him to be a the OC. They hired him to be the head coach.
