Of course not. But these people can't just go unchecked either, as I'm sure their police/court system isn't up to first world standards yet
Would mobb justice be preferred to the million African Americans lost in the prison industrial complex?

But having a million African Americans in prison does not sit well with alot of people.

1). People can get bodied due to a rumour.
2). Kids watch/participate in that shyt.
3). The state should have a monopoly on violence otherwise you have lawlessness.

Nope. In case I gave any support whatsoever for mob justice earlier, I retract it.
Do you think the Mob justice in the video is considered when African Americans talk about the moving back to Africa?
