Is Netflix Worth It If You Download A Lot?

I go through netflix's collection and think "damn, I done seen all these movies already"

they should really acquire indie/festival stuff you can't find online. all these hollywood blockbusters and mid-level flicks i've already seen 6 months before they come to netflix. I mostly just end up re-watching shyt I liked instead of discovering new shyt

I RARELY watch movies on netflix. I watch their OG programming and tv series I might have missed. being able to binge thru seasons of a show is worth $10 a month in order to avoid the hassle of downloading them.

Yes its worth it to me and I download damn near everything

Netflix is good for original content,documentaries,tv shows,stand up specials,etc

Outside of Beasts of No Nation which was a netflix original i can't even remember the last time I watched a movie on netflix

It's also great if you have kids and want to control/monitor what they watch

Yes. Sometimes I'd just rather have something I can browse and then play on demand. It's just a slightly different way of experience but when you want to be entertained and have a better view of your options it's good. Especially if you have a girl. You really think she's just gonna want to always pick the shyt you download? Nah let them browse and look at shyt and pick. For some reason that shyt works wonders.

Nope. Even their Original programming are available to download on Torrents. It's only worth having for when you have company over to your crib.

I download a lot of shyt (usually HBO/SHOWTIME/AMC shows), and doing that is a pain in the ass. I like just being able to click a button and stream.

For the cost of a burger and fries a month... Yes it's more than worth it. I'm still on the $7.99 plan. But have no problem if they charged me $10 - $20 a month. Plus they are really ramping up their original shows.
