Is Nipsey's "The Marathon Continues" a good tape?

The Marathon was a really good one. I haven't listened to him or the tape in a while and with all this Crenshaw buzz I might just hop back on.

But I usually like to be up to date with the artist. Is the tape (and the one after Xtra laps) good?
