Has the current president done anything substantial/historical for the advancement of black people besides being elected(which was technically our fault)?

He's technically the first bi-racial President ( I don't believe in following racist CAC "one drop" rule shyt), but by his accounts he was treated as black and most importantly, identifies himself as black.
