I don't think he's a yes man. I don't even think "yes men" are Em's problem. If Eminem's new album turns out to be wack, I'm inclined to conclude that Eminem is nothing more than Interscope's stimulus package. It's not like Dre is giving them Detox (or embarrasing himself and his fans by droppin' an album full of Alex Da Kid produced, Skyler Grey featured songs). Lady Gaga's last one did just north of 2 million, which was a far cry from the album sales Eminem did about 9 months prior.
