again law of averages, use your brain

if 10 out of 100 white people get ragged on by cops thats 10%
if 10 out of 30 black people get ragged on by cops thats 30%

law of averages is a thing regardless of the fact LA is still on 5% it doesn't matter if the population grows or shrinks those number still represent the overall population density

None of these things exist in a vacuum like that...

LA ain't 5% black, and again South Central LA is larger than the entire city of Boston, with more people, a higher population density, and more black people by both percentage and actual population. So it makes no sense to try to shyt on LA when you can go to one area in LA and see more black people than you'd ever see in Boston...

I'm not sure the point you're trying to make. You can defend Boston without shytting on other cities!

I didn't realize how black Harrisburg was. My family lived in New Cumberland right across the river from downtown and were like the only black people in their neighborhood lol. Then I started going to the mall and around Harrisburg and was nothing but black folk. shyt got me excited because at the time I was coming from Elmira NY and there wasn't alot of black folk there either...

New Cumberland is on the West Shore aka the White Shore
