People are saying Dre is a producer, he's not a beatmaker. Someone creates the beat and Dre takes it to the "next level".

So what about them other cats : for instance Premo. Is he a producer or a beatmaker ?

If he's a beatmaker, who's the producer ? Is he doing both ?
