Is Prison Break worth a watch?

im pretty sure it was towards the end of season 2...after they went to mexico and shyt

that was about the breaking point for me too, i couldn't take the show seriously anymore

Just finished season the last season today

The last scene of the series finale had me

Still have to watch the Final break.
I bought the whole series on DVD before I got my Roku.
Did not realize it was on Netflix then.

quick thoughts

Season 1 was probably episode to episode the best written TV series i watched in while.

should have wrapped it up after season 2 though.
Last 2 seasons were okay , but just brought the whole series down

For every decision Lincoln made throughout the entire series, i was like

Just realized this , out of all the Fox river 8 , the brotha ( C-note) was the only one that actually innocent

it did not fall off as hard as Lost did its last seasons, but it did fall hard.

I would stay at home and watch all Prison Break episodes in a row for season 1 and 2. Particularly one, where he's tryna escape and there was always conflict.

I watched the first episode of season 3 and was like

it aint on the shields level and I personally would put weeds over it because weeds seasons 1-2 is one of the best satirical shows ever.

season 1 is straight tho, pure entertainment. after that shyt went downhill. I basically stopped watching mid season 2, just got bored because action slowed down and it wasnt much after. maybe Ill pick it up later and finish season 2 at least.

the first two-three seasons of weeds is a fukking hilarious suburban satire.

its not really comparable to prison break. prison break is a 'turn your brain off and enjoy the twists/turns because everything else sucks' kind of a show. from mediocre at best acting to plot holes.

weeds had great writing, it just died because show wasnt very good as a serious show (when they left agrestic) and satire-wise they kind of ran out of ideas.

i watched up until the last few epsides of the last season but just gave up.... this was when it was still on tv....

then i tried continue watching it on netflix but the show becomes unbearably stupid the last season i cant even force myself to finish it.

its pretty stupid from middle of first season, but stupidity level goes exponentially higher with like every episode, especially starting season 2.

this is pretty much why I got bored- Id just read the episode synopsis/summary online and then I didnt want to watch the episode anymore because there is no real substance to the show
