Is Richmond, California really that bad?

so? oakland is way worse than vallejo and stockton...every time i watch the news it's a baby gettin shot out there

this mafukka out his cot damn mind to think vallejo any where near as bad as oakland

my whole family been in vallejo since 1918, I would love to raise my family in vallejo

I dont wanna raise shyt in oakland or richmond

Vallejo aint no where even in the same sentence as richmond or oakland stop that, vallejo just a lil step up from fairfield as crime goes and every other year fairfield be having more bodies than vallejo, and i would never in my life compare fairfield to richmond or oakland so you cant compare vallejo to them either

and stockton never was and will never be as bad as richmond, they treating stockton like chicago its all the news talk about, but they never talk about richmond anyway period, its fukked up there in stockton but it aint richmond..



I almost got my life took in EPA just like 2 years ago(if even that long ago)

im not from richmond, I lived there (just moved out)

its calmed down these past few years, but from early 2000s to just a few years ago it was prolly easiest worst city in california

even with calmed down, it still be making those top 25 lists every single year

Pittsburgh I lived there when I was like two years old and it was mostly white people now it's just Richmond is hood but I don't think it's as dangerous as people make it out to be.

not as dangerous as people make it out ot be it only had the highest murder rate in california for like 5 outta the past 10 years, only city the had it the other years was compton

vallejo prices gon up in a lil bit i think, they gon rebuild it up, i see they fixin alot of roads and stuff

those houses in the gated community up the hill by the dealerships/costco - belvedere , used to be million dollar houses you can get them for like $250,000 right now (last I checked) if you can some how get one of them, and sell in a few years yo ugonna be set for awhile
