I honestly see no reason to use it. It's primarily used for ios development. iOS has 22.85% market share in the mobile space where as Android has much higher.

You should look into Kotlin as it's similar to Swift.
It can be used outside of android development. Swift can be used outside of iOS development as well. But Kotlin is interoperable with Java. The Java/JVM ecosystem has been around since the 90s so by using Kotlin you have access to a mature ecosystem and that's a huge plus.
