2009 is way worse, at least RG3 and Luck did stuff in the league.

That's definitely up there, but 2002 was awful as well.

QB's hold much more value than other positions, so I may say 2002 was worse, but at the same time, at least those guys were in the league for a while, unlike some of the 2012 guys.
