The 70s are the greatest era in terms of music, artistic creativity, and originality. Without that era, much of the musical greatness that transpired in the '80s, '90s, and possibly even the early '00s wouldn't have been possible.
The 90s, overall, are the best era, from music, movies, TV shows/sitcoms, food, clothing, hair styles, etc.

80s and 90s but the 80s were going through a lot of the same economical issues we are facing now minus AI hype. The wars. The bs 'trickle down' nonsense folks are somehow still falling for in 2025. My folks shielded me from a lot but looking back 2020 plus reading up reveals some shyt. 
90s was really a great time. Lots of truly great tv programming. Alot of great music. On a personal note I was coming into my own.
