Just by watching preseason , once the 2nd and third team offense gets in the qbs have zero time to throw. Dudes are getting beat right off the bat. Any decent play there is a holding penalty.

I think as collective units you might have a point but if you plug in some of those second stringers with a first unit they're serviceable
In my not so professional opinion, I think it's a mix of technique and agility that showcases the major difference between the good and bad offensive linemen. I mean, besides great strength, obviously, but being strong as a horse can even only take you do far. Great technique and footwork can make an otherwise average o-lineman be a 6+ yr starter in the league.
Superior agility is what the top LTs in the game have to have in order to consistently react and stop elite pass rushers. It's what makes elite pulling guards who they are in swinging around quickly and putting their helmet to someone's pads. It what helps these big fukks be able to spring a huge play when they're able to get their hands on a player on the next level.
shytty o-line play is hard to watch.

Im disappointed with the nfl as a whole right now. DBs are being castrated. Nastiness is being taken out the gm. I wish my colts would sign Incognegro and get Luck some fukkin protection instead of depending on bums and rookies. Pagano and Grigson gonna get dat bwoi killed 
meh its probably just more notable because it leads to negative plays (ie sacks or tackles for loss) where in many other positions it leads to lesser positive plays
if Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant or AJ Green and many other #1 WRs went down you could argue that those teams would suffer just as badly and be inefficient on offense. You might not notice though because either the game plan will be changed dramatically and there might still be a great #2 receiver, TE or RB to pick up the slack (ala the Bears if Marshall went down). With OL though and CB there is nobody to cover your back unless it's a zone scheme. You are responsible for your assignment.
CB and OL both suffer from this. Thats why theres always at least one pass blocker in the draft top 5

Sacks totals are not indicative of the O-Line's play as a whole, and most fans wouldn't know truly effective O Line play if it bit em in the ass.
