i remember playing the first in the arcade with a big ol beastorizer marquee. dumped a bunch of coins into that bytch and in like a month it was gone.

Definitely up there. The transformation mechanics were dope and I could see strategies evolving as we entered the online gaming era. But I have a few that I'd put over it.

1. Powerstone - I know it gets love, but it's crazy we haven't gotten even a spiritual successor to the first two games.

2. Tobal No. 1 - Quest mode set this apart from everything else and I'm pretty sure that was before Soul Caliber and Ehrgeiz made similar modes. Which would give it more impact than it gets credit for.

3. Wu-Tang Shaolin Style - Another one that gets love, but should have spawned sequels or more games that incorporated its gameplay and concept of using a famous rap group.

That's about it. I saw someone else mention Bushido Blade and that definitely deserves a mention too!
