Is the Coli the biggest platform to discuss black issues out there?

The thread on the Mike Brown killing has nearly 8k replies and nearly 250k views. Any time you go in there there are hundreds of people viewing.

I think the Trayvon thread was similar as well

By comparison, a Ferguson thread on AHH has only 1.5k replies.

best forum on the internet hands down. I don't use the internet much these days, I mainly listen to podcasts on the way to work and read financial newapapers.

The coli is the only website I read for news/music/culture/society etc. I don't even read Guardian anymore.

Even if you limit your time, keep it as part of your reading/knowledge rota. I need the coli.

I'm not 'into' the internet much anymore and prefer print media or audio. But the coli is always going to be part of my imperative daily reading. Being in Europe, there are integral things which are relevant to me as a black man which mainstream media do not cover. I find out alot of the coli.

Do you listen to podcasts ?

I think with your financial/broadsheet news paper, a few daily podcasts, mic.com and the coli u have a well rounded daily rota

But there's a lot of stuff on here that's not discussed on other forums. The reason so many guests were checking out that thread was because besides twitter, and facebook (who have probably went out of their way to censor and edit stuff) that thread was probably more in depth than all of them.

I was talking about it with my roomate and he didn't even know it was like that....i'm telling y'all, it's probably the most attention and information for what's going on than even cnn or any major news site right now man...
