Is the diary of Alicia keys the best female R&B album to come out since 2000?

I'm a big fan of r&b and I've listened to a lot of albums. I don't recall any females album topping this. It flows so smooth from beginning to end with no weak spots.

I just got done listening to the album and I'm not understanding what happened to her
