Yes its true, but the program has been a complete waste of money for the State, so they are in talks of scrapping the entire thing.

It should be every state. If you use any non prescribed drug of certain types you lose the assistance.

I think it was a rackett because the company that was doing the testing was run by the governors family, or had some type of connection to the family.. Now with the whole gambling thing that's going down I wouldn't be surprised if it was true.

Last year they were saying it cost more to test people than it saved in welfare distribution. Less than 10% of ppl tested positive.
