They did. When horses showed up to America from Europe. The natives looked at them as magic mythical creatures. They had only heard of them in stories of the past. Horses where extinct for thousands of years in Amercia. Who tought them to ride and domesticate them if it wasn't Europeans?

This is a tough question. Both black folks and native americans got fcucked over really bad. I've been and seen some of theworse housing projects and I've also been to native american reservations. Its realy bad over there too. But only "atvantage" native americans have is the govt grants and govt checks just for bein native american. They get free cars and free college grants if they want

There were no laws at the time Europeans would have taught them how to ride horses.

You can't bunch them together like that. The native tribes were not very cooperative with each other. Some were peacful some were not. Native Amercans from mexico are still native Americans. If you notice some tribes are doing beter than others to this day. Even some native to the so called U.S. Are thriving right now.

This link I found actually says both. Native Americans enslaved/interacting with the Spanish weren't allowed to use horses. But they ended up "learning" how to anyway while using their style of equipment.
