Both totally wrong. Before the revolutionary war white and red relations where pretty good. They coexisted in relative peace, they traded amongst each other. Helped each with agricultural secrets. White folks even sold black folks to native Americans as slaves. When it came time for war the native Americans sided with the British, and fought and killed the colonists. When the war was over the British packed up and left, leaving no type of assistance for the natives. The remaining colonists had a deep hatred for the natives due to their actions in the war and they systematically made an effort to eradicate them from Amercia, they were looked at as traitors and savages for killing American citeizens.

Most of you dudes in here presenting your opinion don't have a real grasp on American history. The truth lies way beyond what you learn in school, or see on tv/movies.

I didn't say they needed each other equally. I just said early on they respected each other cause both had something the other needed. Just to name the biggest and most known thing: HORSES Europeans brought horses to the new world and tought the natives how to train and use them. Those horses helped the natives settle new lands. And move around and farm more efficiently. Horses helped the natives invade and take over the lands of other native tribes.

Native Americans are doing fine. They have sovereignty and they pretty much run gaming here in the US. Not only that, but they get free college, too. My good friend roomed with a Native American that was getting $100k a year just for being a member of the tribe. I don't know any Black people getting it that good on some just existing type sh!t.

Native Americans were damn near wiped out entirely by whites and were invaded in their homeland

But they were never slaves and some actually owned slaves who were black and as reparations for their tribulation they've inherited casinos and their own little soverign reservations




For Black people, we were enslaved for over 400 years and opressed for even longer than that and depite building this country from the ground up we are still told that we don't belong here


And black people received no reperations for slavery, just 400 years of free labor, the mass genocide of our people, the stripping of our culture, and a kick in the ass to go out there and pick ourselves up by the bootstraps
