A union is only as good as its members. Nfl players are way too diverse. And its too many of them. U got entitled c@cs like Brady who has so many opportunities he can sign for cheap. While hurting a lot of his union members by keeping wages lower. Thats why players need to get the most they can. That Flacco contract helped his fellow players. That Luck amd Wilson deal will help as well.
