I had a developer kit a while ago and ended up selling it. Now I see that they finally handled the situation where they couldn't push orders out in time and I can get one immediately. So for the brehs that own one, is it worth he $600 price tag? Are the games legit?

I think I'm one of the three regular posters on here that has an OR, and I whole-heartedly give it my highest praise. It's my favorite VR headset, followed by the PSVR and then the Vive (the Vive is so gimmicky, despite having "better" tech).
The headset is light, comfortable, and very easy to set up. It has the best exclusives, costs $200 less than the Vive (but, to be fair, $200 more than the PSVR).
It's like the perfect combo of traditional gaming with an X1 controller and the future of gaming with the head-tracking. I don't like standing up and tripping over wires and gimmicky wii-mote controllers the Vive offers. I prefer to sit down and use my OR. I moved into a new place a couple of months ago and never even set up my Vive, but setup my OR immediately. Take that for what it's worth...

I watch Woody Allen and Roman Polanski films, and despise their actions. I look at the OR the same way. I separate the tech from the creator.

Nah. Its mad cool but a bit gimmicky. Plus the headset gets uncomfortable after wearing it too long.
I would recommend you try a demo before buying.
Or but the Low Rez cell phone VR joints. Lower resolution and clarity but still give a good VR experience.
