An Oaklahoma City man is charged with RAPING two year old Shaleah Denice Cudjo . . . and causing her DEATH.

Police said Justin Williams Lawson is accused of sexually assaulting the 2-year-old in northeast Oklahoma City. The little girls mom, Keah Cudjo, said she left her daughter in the care of Justin, who is her boyfriend.

Police say that Shaleah was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED, and her insides were ruptured. When paramedics were called, little Shaleah was rushed to the hospital, foaming at the mouth and bleeding. Police reports said Shaleah had tears on her anus and lost a lot of blood.

Keah gave an INTERVIEW to local media about the incident. She is quoted as saying, “He loved [Shaleah]. I can’t believe he did it, I don’t know what’s going on through this mind . . . I want to know why did he do my baby like that.” She was NOT CRYING when she made this statement. Actually she seemed very CALM ABOUT IT ALL. Very strange, given that her only child was BRUTALLY MURDERED by that animal just a few days ago.

Police documents said there were other adults in the house at the time. Police also said it appears Lawson tried to clean up and fled the scene before police could arrive.

Lawson is being charged with murder and rape in the toddler’s death. It starts at 1:10

Sterlyn Reynolds, 19, is accused of trying to abduct a 10-month-old baby girl from her carseat outside a McDonald's restaurant.

Police have arrested a man who allegedly tried to snatch a baby girl outside a McDonald’s in Georgia.

Sterlyn Reynolds, 19, has been charged with kidnapping and cruelty to children after trying to steal the 10-month-old away from her family.

The baby’s mother told police she fought Reynolds off and bit him on the arm before he fled to a nearby hotel, where he was later captured by police.

The drama began on Wednesday afternoon in Gwinnett County, near Atlanta, when the mom spotted Reynolds sitting nearby.

But when the mom, 19, her daughter and another family member returned to their car, Reynolds followed them, began unbuckling the baby and attempted to abduct her, police say.

The family member struggled with Reynolds, before the mom also began lashing out at him and holding the baby down, reported WSB TV.

The mother bit the suspect on his arm, grabbed her baby, and ran back inside the restaurant.

According to witnesses, Reynolds inside the nearby Horizon Inn Suites hotel, where he was apprehended by police shortly afterwards.

Cpl. Michele Pihera told WSB Radio: “He essentially told us he had no recollection of the incident, so he could not provide any further information as to why he specifically targeted this family and more specifically this young child.”

Reynolds is charged with kidnapping and cruelty to children, and was taken to the Gwinnett County Jail.

New Orleans man arrested in rape of 7-year-old boy he was babysitting

New Orleans Police have arrested a 20-year-old man in the rape of a 7-year-old boy he was babysitting over the weekend.

Garreth Green was arrested Sunday (Sept. 8) after the boy's mother reported the rape to police, according to records filed in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.

Earlier that morning, around 2:30 a.m., the boy was asleep at home when, according to his account to police, Green grabbed him and dragged him out of his room and into the living room. Green then threw the boy onto a couch, where he was assaulted, the report says.



The boy's 8-year-old sister, who was asleep in the same room at the time, was awakened by the screams of her brother, and told police that when she opened her eyes she saw Green quickly dart out of the room, the report says.

The children's mother said when she learned what happened, she shouted at Green to get out of the house. Green fled the scene, records show, but returned to the home later in the day.

Around 6:30 a.m. that day, a detective assigned to the New Orleans Police Department's Special Victims Unit was notified about the rape.

Detective Nakeisha Barnes was informed that a 7-year-old boy was at Children's Hospital where he was being treated for injuries.

The mother later told police that when she returned home from the hospital she found her son's bloodied underwear and an undershirt she says Green had been wearing stuffed into a garbage can.

Green was arrested around noon that day after he returned to the home, the report said. He was booked on charges of aggravated rape and simple battery. Bond was set at $750,000 for the rape charge, court documents show.

If convicted at trial, Green faces a mandatory life in prison sentence without the possibility of probation or parole.

Metairie man booked with rape of 3-year-old girl, JPSO says

Authorities arrested a Metairie man accused of raping a 3-year-old girl. Eron Davis, 22, was booked Wednesday (Aug. 12) with aggravated rape, according to a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report.

The girl's mother contacted authorities in November after her daughter complained of hurting "down there" following an afternoon away from home, an incident report said. She took the little girl to Children's Hospital in New Orleans to be examined.

When asked if someone hurt her, the little girl told officials she couldn't talk about it, the report said.

Sheriff's Office detectives opened an investigation and identified Davis as a suspect in the case. No information was available about what happened or how they tied him to the assault.

Investigators obtained a warrant for his arrest on Aug. 11. He was taken into custody at his home on Wednesday and booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional center in Gretna.

Davis was still being held there Friday on a $750,000 bond.

Harvey man booked with attempted rape of child

Kenner police arrested a Harvey man accused of raping a girl about seven years ago. Shanga Jones, 36, was booked with attempted aggravated rape, sexual battery and aggravated assault on Friday (Aug. 21), an arrest report said.

The 14-year-old victim told authorities that a man later identified as Jones inappropriately touched her and attempted to sexually assault her when she was about 6 or 7, the report said. The girl fought off the man. But he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her mother if she ever told anyone what had happened.

The girl kept quiet about the assault for years until recently when she was being treated for a medical condition. She told the doctor about the encounter, an arrest report said.

Kenner police detectives handled the investigation because the incident occurred in Kenner. Authorities interviewed the girl and eventually identified Jones as a possible suspect. She selected his picture out of a photograph line-up, arrest report said.

Jones of 1617 Appleby Lane, Harvey, was arrested Friday evening at a residence in the 3100 block of Bainbridge Street in Kenner, the report said. In addition to the charges related to the attempted rape, Jones was booked with being a fugitive from another jurisdiction and having an outstanding attachment.

Jones was still being held Monday at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna. Bond for the aggravated assault and attachment was set at $1,000. Jones was being held without bond on the other charges.

Jones has convictions in Jefferson Parish for aggravated flight, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and two counts of possession of cocaine, court records said

A 28-year-old man is accused of repeatedly raping his 11-year-old stepdaughter over a span of a week, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Police say Carlos Jarvis was booked on a count of first-degree rape into East Baton Parish Prison.

The girl's mother, according to the report, came home on Aug. 11 and called police after she saw her daughter in their living room partially clothed and trying to pull her pants up. The mother then saw her husband, Jarvis, in the kitchen, looking into the refrigerator.

The girl told her mother that Jarvis had performed oral sex on her and that he had performed similar acts of five different occasions. According to the report, Jarvis also showed his stepdaughter pornographic movies, using a video game console, cell phone and laptop computer.

A 17-year-old was arrested Wednesday (Sept. 9) in Baton Rouge on a charge of first-degree rape that allegedly involves a 3-year-old victim, according to an arrest document.

An affidavit of probable cause from the Baton Rouge Police Department says Byron Overton of Houston was in the victim's bedroom Tuesday (Sept. 8) night when the alleged incident occurred. The document says the child told a police officer during an interview that Overton "put 'it' in her mouth," referring to his penis.

Overton's 12-year-old sister walked into the room and observed the incident, the affidavit says. He allegedly told his sister, "She won't remember it." The affidavit also says the teen "admitted to sexually assaulting the victim" in a taped confession.

Overton was booked just after midnight and given a $500,000 bond. Records indicate he was still in jail as of Wednesday evening.

First-degree rape, previously called aggravated rape in Louisiana, is defined as when anal, oral, or vaginal sexual intercourse occurs without consent of a victim under of a number of listed circumstances, including when a victim is under age 13.
