Is the Pulse 3D Audio Headset A Good Buy ? (Playstation 5)

My pickup is ready, but I'm having second thoughts on whether these are worth the $100 price tag.

Do you need these for 3D audio or will my 3 year old "Audio-Technica ATH-M30x Professional Studio Monitor Headphones" still do the trick ?

I just got mine yesterday and from the time I've had them Id say they're worth $100.

They are a bit more plastic than I thought they would be but they are comfortable and the build quality is good.

As far as sound I tested them on my PS4 and on my phone. Music playback is good but nothing special. They sounded great playing GTAV and DriveClub though. Im holding off final judgment here until I can test the 3d audio on PS5 but so far so good

They may be, but I still maintain most are (understandably) being swept up in the hype and excitement that accompanies a new console release. Heads legit having meltdowns across the web trying to grab one of these when they may currently own a pair of high end headsets that will sound just as good, if not better. I heard soundtracks sound stellar with these but I personally don't think it's that serious.

Nah I got my pair feel pretty well made, and definitely comfortable

I wish I could use them via bluetooth on my phone tho

I tried plugging the usb drive into my phone(Note 9) but it won't connect to it like it does on the PS4 or a PC.

I will stress that these things are comfortable and I think they can fit anybody. Stylish too, it's superficial but they look good when u have them on
