Is the XBONE really that bad?

I am a huge fan of Halo and that masterchief edition is making me want to buy an Xbox One but everywhere I go, I pretty much hear bad things about it...why?? I was going to get Sunset Overdrive Bundle for 399.99 then pick up Halo MCE on the 11th. Please tell me why shouldn't I take the plunge? And this is coming from a primary PC gamer..

Oh and does xbox live come free with the system?

No, it's not that bad. I have a ps4, x1, wii u, and a gaming pc

If you get the x1, get the kinect. It really is cool.

The ps4 is slightly more powerful and has different exclusives that you definitely won't be able to get on pc. A lot of the x1 exclusives come to the pc later.

I say if you want one, get it. I'd also get a ps4 too, but that's just me. You also gotta consider which system your friends play more too

It's weaker than the PS4 but at the same price. You can read countless articles on it and the game differences on the PS4 vs the XB1. And the fact that Microsoft tried to pull a fast one on gamers last year pissed off tons of gamers with their DRM and used games policies they wanted to implement. No way would I support a company who tried to pull that shyt.

XBL is not free, you get 1 month for free if this is your first time using the service.

Im definitively enjoying my xbox one, just picked up forza horizon and enjoying that game...

it seems right now that when it comes to multiplats the ps4 takes the crown(slightly)

xbox one currently offers more exclusive titles though and that Halo MCE is probably going to be the best exclusive this year..

if that's what your waiting for though i would wait to see if they will offer any MCE bundles...

There's nothing "bad" about Xbox one. Just a lot of hate from insecure playstation fans.

In reality it has the best exclusives and best features on consoles right now. The OS and online service is more advanced and stable. Updates come quicker, and Microsoft is investing a lot more money into new games, and new ways to develop/play them.

You can't go wrong with an Xbox right now

1.) Realize the first few replies come from people who don't own an xbox. So why are they trying to deter you from getting one? Well, its demonic

2.) Pawnshop has them with Kinect for $300, go that route

3.) @StarClout was an avid PC gamer and got an XB1 about 1/2months ago and he is LOVING it. Kinect is a must have tho, so make sure you get that. The non xbox owners will give you reasons why you don't need it
Then ask those same ppl if they have a PS camera for the PS4. Most PS4 heads on this site do have it

So they have a camera for PS4 that does nothing, but will try to convince you that Kinect is not worth it
Trust me, get it, don't look back. Just look forward to the games you mentioned. And you'll find out that there are tons of great games out NOW that has been unfairly hated on by the hunger side (PS4 gamers)
