Is there a black equivalent to a Renaissance fair?

Up here we have the African Street festival, does that qualify? Is there a black equivalent to a Renaissance fair ?

Up where I live there is a place that does Renaissance fests during summer, they have various theme weekends.

Any time I see black folks dressed in throwback jerseys and girbaud jeans its basically a ren fair. Bonus points for snapbacks and tall tees.

i think some of those working plantation tourist attractions in the south have black actors in antebellum clothes

also, some western events like black rodeos have some people dressing up like buffalo soldiers
