How can you do a proper leg day tho?
Option 1. While seated, rest a dumbbell on each thigh, and do toe raises.
Option 2. Extend one leg out, and do leg extensions, one leg at a time.
Option 3. Extend one leg out about two inches from ground, and rotate foot. Do other leg. Btw, have a dumbbell rested on each thigh while doing all these exercises, just like Option 1.
Make sure you don't start too heavy. These exercises will surprisingly have your legs sore.
