So law enforcement agencies are not profiling & stopping citizens every day ? We have hundreds of people being stopped by law enforcement for absolutely nothing & getting bitten by dogs , shot , killed,, ruffed up , people's doors being kicked in & their homes getting ran sacked by state agencies
