gotchu in that case you should be good in most place if you move around solid and humble, and most of all dont make yourself a target doing goofy shyt like stuntin....But its those small town/cities that are isolated or outside of major metro areas you got to watch out for people being territorial more than the big cities...

DC might be a hatin ass clique city but i wouldn't consider it territorial....East of the river is still very territorial in spots but even now its not comparable to back in the day....The rest of the city (and area in general) is definitely not, natives done got to used to the development and all the transplants/tourist that come with it...
