Is there any point listening to a rapper that you don't understand language wise?

Depends, sometimes just the flow and the beat can be cool to listen to, even if you won't bump the album all day long obviously. Some friend made me listen to some polish hp-hop, was quite worth the listen (was grimey as fukk too).

If you can appreciate production, flow and cadence without having to understand lyrics it can be quite enjoyable. The French rap scene is quite impressive. Start there if you're interested.
