Is there something I’m missing out on with Crimson Desert?

Looks absolutely piff. But very little hype.

there seems to be this “looks too good to be true” thing that a lot of people are running with, but I remember these same talking points about black myth, and that game was absolutely crack.

I'm not really thinking about this, Witcher 4 and The Blood of Dawn Walker will be my games.

Pearl Abyss is amazing at combat, but not much else. The story will be trash, just like most Korean games. I just hope the shyt in-between bosses is fun. Most previews have been positive, and the too good to be true stuff is supposedly all real. They've also delayed it a lot based on feedback. I think it has 8.5/10 potential.
