Is this a good house for 175K?

Looking for a third house and I see this. I'd replace every cabinet and anything else that doesn't scream modern. I'd replace the floors just cause even the stairs. It won't look as old as it is(it cant be that old but you know what I mean, it will look newer than it is). What y'all think.

Put another $50-$75k in renovations and the shyt will be looking real nice.

Edit: Renovations I’d make…

Redo kitchen (cabinets, countertops, appliances, light fixtures, refinish floor)

Paint every room

Update bathrooms (light fixture, mirror, sink faucet, shower faucet/fixtures, toilets)

Sand and refinish all wood flooring

Replace all carpet (ideally remove and replace with LVP)

Tidy up the outside (trim bushes, cut that one vine/tree near the main entrance, new mulch, flowers and shyt)

JUST CHECKED AND ITS THE NUMBER ONE CITY FOR CRIME IN NC I don't recall it being so bad going to my cousins house growing up she living in a nice neighborhood nothing out the ordinary. Guess it got bad since the 00s
