- If you make $100k/month and that loft is right next to your girlfriend who you're cheating on your wife with it might be worth it.
- If you make $10k/month...it's not worth it and you also can't afford it.

But I voted no not because it’s entirely no cause I’m sure he can get that cheaper elsewhere but I think he lives in Canada and most of their cities are very expensive right?
